Shipping timeframes vary depending on the carrier and the shipping method chosen during checkout. The shipping timeframe will begin once the product has been fulfilled (we are not open on the weekends).
Once the order has been fulfilled on our end it will depart for shipping and then begins the shipping timeframe. Carrier timeframes are estimates based on their capacity and ability to move/sort/deliver the packages.
We ship through FedEx, USPS, and DHL. The carrier is chosen during fulfillment depending on transit times. Economy shipping is 5-7 business days after the order is fulfilled, and Standard shipping is 2-3 days after the order is fulfilled.

Pretty upset. Going on 11 days and my order has not been received. FEDEX was no help when called. Tracking shows my package is heading away from my address. There is no customer service contact information for bones coffee other than an automated BOT.
Unfortunately, always had issues with FedEx. Sadly I'll be drinking stale coffee for the next month or so. Ordered 12 days ago and it hasn't even reached my state yet.
My order went out on July 1st. It’s now the 19th and have yet to receive my order. FedEx is awful and unfortunately this is the second order that’s taken forever.

I am sorry for the delay as well we had a platform change that impacted our customer service but is now back on track! You can always use our bot and click "get help" and then click live chat during 8-5EST for live agents or use the email option to send us an inquiry that was as well! I do want to make it right so however you can communicate just mention Jake asked you to reach out and we will help rectify the situation.
Kelly Smith I am sorry :( I know FedEx is having issues which impacts us as well as other retailers who use them. Can I get your order number? I can help make it right for you! I know its more costly, but we did add a new shipping option, over 50$ you can do a bump to get priority shipping for only 5$ faster and more reliable! Just an update regarding the customer service I received from Bones Coffee. My order was hung up by FedEx.
Jake from Bones reached out immediately and was a huge help. He was able to track down my order and when I got home today it was sitting on my front step. I truly appreciate him and his team taking the time and putting in the effort to assist me with my issue. All in all it was a very positive experience and I look forward to many more future cups of that Bones in the morning.
I hate FedEx I'm still waiting for my shipment the 22nd is not the 26th..... I don't care about their problems. Sending a package from Florida to New Jersey then to Pennsylvania is not in the right direction. I think I stumbled on the issue, someone needs a map.

I am sorry non the less, FedEx has had some issues as of late and we have a meeting this week to decide what happens next, in the mean time we do offer USPS options everywhere we deliver, I know that isn't the best desired solution, but it is something that can be utilized while we work to address and fix the issues! I received a tracking text from FedEx today that stated that I should receive my delivery on 7/22. It's 7/ 26 what the heck am I supposed to do with that??

Going on 8 days and no package. This was my first time ordering here, and will be my last. Paid 8 bucks for shipping too. Wouldn’t recommend.
Shipping is clearly a massive problem for your company. Your products come highly recommended, but you need to seriously consider a different shipping method. At this point my order is over a week late. FedEx has zero idea when it will be delivered and is blaming USPS for not coming to get it. Freshly ground when it ships means nothing if the coffee gets just as stale as grocery store coffee because it sits for weeks on a shipping trailer.

Our FedEx shipping method is a ground hybrid method, sometimes the delays are between FedEx and USPS communicating back and forth depending on the delivery destinations, this stinks when you face the delay, but we do have multiple alternatives like USPS Priority as a primary method, and on orders over 50$ you can pay only 5$ to upgrade shipping to USPS Priority as well! Hi there! I placed my order on the 26th of September, I saw between 3-5 days for processing before getting shipped. Its now 7 days since I ordered and no updates. Just says it was confirmed. I understand not working weekends… but having paid the little extra for expedited shipping I had hoped it would be here this week.

Hello Mariah Hansen, I am so so sorry, we are on a bit of a delay our fulfillment is typically 1-2 days, but we do allow up to 5 days for fulfillment in case we get super busy and backed up. The order will be shipped today as we did some work over the weekend to ensure this! Your order has been prepared for the fulfillment, the label is printed and on the table, we are going to get through those tomorrow/Thursday, I am sending you the tracking information now! I don't want to say it will be completed tomorrow just in case it's Thursday as there are about 5000 orders and we can handle with our size and building about 4000 a day at the moment so it's very likely but I do not want to be inaccurate and provide bad information!
