Return & Exchange Policy
Whereas we hope you never need to make a return or exchange, here at Bones Coffee Company we totally get that sometimes these policies are just necessary.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee as all of our coffee is roasted to order for peak fresh enjoyment! We do offer a one-time satisfaction courtesy replacement! (reach out for more information).
Unworn apparel and unopened gear may be returned for Credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are still in the sealed, original packaging. Our shipping address is: 79 Mid Cape Terrace STE 5, Cape Coral, FL 33991.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on any of our brewing equipment or products that are opened or have a manufacturer warranty. What we can do is bridge the connection between you and the warranty company!
***Shipping costs for all returns and exchanges will fall on the consumer and are not eligible for a refund. If you are returning merchandise totaling over $75, we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not liable if the return is damaged/lost.
