How to start a subscription or join the Coffee Club?
You can subscribe to our flavored or non-flavored blends through our subscription, which includes the subscription discount at 20% off of full retail price!
Simply click on the “Coffee Club” tab at the top of our webpage to get started.
You can choose the flavors, if you want ground, Bones Cups or whole bean:
Then choose the order frequency you would like to start off with:
Once your subscription has begun, you can manage your subscription including frequency, payment methods, shipping addresses, and flavor preferences through your Bones Coffee Account.
Just a note, these selections will be what is received with your first order, and following orders unless you decide to change the selections. If you do decide to change things up, make sure to make any changes to the subscription before your next processing date!
How do I cancel/skip/pause my subscription?:
Once signed into the subscription you have the option to cancel the subscription, skip the next order, or pause the subscription.
- To cancel: Simply select the "cancel" button.

To skip: Select the "skip" button, and time frame you'd like the order to be skipped for:

- To pause: Simply select the "pause" button and sign back into the subscription to reactivate when ready.
How do I edit my subscription?:
At the bottom under your current subscription selections there are several helpful options to make edits easy:

To edit next order date: Select the "next order date button". This will pull up a calendar that will allow you to select the new processing date:

To edit products: Select the "edit products" button, this will open a tab where you can edit the current subscription items, including adding, swapping, or removing items:
- "Get now": This button allows you to process the order immediately, bypassing the set order frequency!

To edit order frequency: Select the "edit frequency". This will pull up a calendar that will allow you to select the new order frequency timeframe:

Can I use a discount code, rewards or gift card on my subscription?
Discount codes and gift cards unfortunately can not be used on subscriptions. The subscription requires a payment method that can be charged reoccurring each month.
How to edit payment method on the subscription/coffee club?
To edit the subscription's payment method you'll have to sign into your subscription, and navigate to the "add backup card" option.
Once selected you can update the payment method, and even set up a back-up payment method.
