Verifying entries
In order to properly verify entries we need to check a few things first, and through this process we can verify the entries, get corrections as needed, and be on our way to hopefully being a winner!! Our entries and contests are all linked through the same method, Email, so your email is your key to tying your entries to your orders/profile on our systems. So this means if you order from a different email then you use on your giveaway sign up, it will not register your order bonus. See the steps below to verify accuracy and make sure each entry counts!
- Is this the correct email that I used to register for the giveaway/promotion?
- If the answer is yes, then we need to ask, is this the same email I used when I placed the order?
- Any order tied to a different email address can only be associated to a sweepstakes profile under that account. If the wrong email is used we can correct this.
- The easiest way to have this corrected is through either live chat or ticket/email inquiry providing us the order number, and the correct email that the sweepstakes profile exists under so we can make the correction.
