I am sorry about the delay! We certainly are not trying to cause you any issues, our volume caused us to get a bit behind on fulfillment and Emails due to the volume and our capacity with our current warehouse size. I can certainly check on your order though! We normally fulfill in about 1-2 business days, and with this boom, we are at about 5 business days as we get caught up. We are working extra hours and weekends to get this done! If you can let me know what email address would have been used for the order, what the total was, and if you did or did not receive an order number!

Hello, I don’t know how else to do this. I ordered coffee and the tracking link said it was delivered but I have a camera and nothing was delivered. Talked to both fedex and usps and they said it was delivered so they told me to contact the shipper. I know it’s just coffee, but I’d really love my package. Thanks!

Put in last Thursday. I have year to receive any confirmation of even creating my order. This is very disappointing customer service and is uneasy to even say due to the number of people who told my family to try it. Bones Coffee… what is the deal.
